Meet Owner Mitchell Crofts
Mitchell started Low Country Spice Traders in April 2010 with the ambition of providing the hospitality industry a much more personable approach to buying spices. With large food service companies charging higher prices, delivery fees, and minimum orders, LCST make sure a point not to pass this on to our customers. We show up to your location with a fully stocked van, ready fulfill your order with what you actually need and the sizes you prefer.
Over the past decade, we have expanded from our home location in Charleston, South Carolina into all areas of the Low Country and into coastal Georgia. We have also grown our product line into a vast selection of specialty items so that we may offer your location many culinary related options.
